He is a passionate believer in people’s ability to achieve remarkable things, reinforced in his academic career where he played a key role in developing a global research and project into ‘Individual Effectiveness'.

Peter started work as a youth and community worker before training to be a Community Social Worker in South Birmingham, and later became Assistant Divisional Manager for Disability Services in Sandwell.

Alison is an experienced executive and non executive director, having worked in six different industry sectors, private and public organisations, and been a non exec director for over ten years. Alison has worked in a number of complex regulated industries, and reconfigures businesses for success both nationally and internationally.
Alison is a non executive director for a number of organisations from a wide variety of sectors. Alison brings her strategic planning and risk management experience, as well as a knowledge of technology, financial planning and change management.

David’s extensive experience in local government has been gained in Unitary, County and District level Councils. Most recently he has been a local government Deputy Chief Executive and an Interim Chief Executive following over 10 years as a Chief Finance Officer where he was involved in setting up several private /public partnerships.
A strong advocate of public service he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and has been a Government Advisor, a local government peer assessor and has extensive experience of the Housing Sector as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of a Housing Association.

Ken is a Director of a specialist recruitment company providing bespoke solutions to the Public and Charitable sectors. He has over 30 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, providing a professional service to both clients and applicants and is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment professionals. Prior to this he was employed in the materials handling and petrochemical plant manufacturing sectors.
Ken is currently a Birmingham City Councillor representing the new Ward of Walmley and Minworth having served Newhall Ward from 2014 – 2018 and Longbridge 2008 – 2012. He is currently Shadow Cabinet Member for Homes and Neighbourhoods.

With a proven track record of building relationships and delivering strategic growth across public and private sector clients, Chris is able lead teams through the delivery of strategic, operational and transformational change. Bridging across the public and private sector, he delivers outcomes with a foundation of civic values which enables him to build confidence, trust and long term partnerships with clients.
Having spent the majority of his career in the Construction Services sector, he has made the transition from Contractor to Consultancy and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge working with clients to maximise their outcomes whilst protecting their exposure to commercial risks.

Marcus is a successful Chartered HR professional with a solid record of strategic planning, recruiting, business partnering, reward, TUPE, cost reductions, problem solving, learning and development, merger and acquisition, service delivery and multiple projects in a diverse public and UK private sector and international environment.
Having worked in sectors ranging from Multi-disciplinary Engineering Solutions, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defence through to most recently working in the Ombudsman sector, Marcus has been involved in a number of key ‘start-ups’ and has built HR teams, businesses and organisations as a key member of the management team. Strong communication and relationship building are at the heart of his approach with high integrity and good governance.

Vicki is an experienced senior leader within the finance community, spending much of her career focused on local government finances, transformation, IT and public / private partnerships. Vicki brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of the public service landscape, governance and unique operating environments.
Having occupied a variety of senior management roles, Vicki has a successful track record in delivering outcomes and results, building and maintaining core relationships and placing a strong focus on leading and developing teams and individuals.
