Acivico Group are delighted to announce our appointment onto the Clerk of Works services framework for LGSS. Commencing for an initial two year period, Acivico will provide Clerk of Works services as one of three suppliers appointed on the framework. The Acivico Clerk of Works team will ensure the design, build compliance and operation of the works is delivered as required by the client and managed safely and efficiently.
LGSS are one of the UK’s largest public sector shared service operations, delivering a full range of business support services to a variety of public sector organisations. The LGSS Clerk of Works framework, procured on behalf of Northamptonshire County Council, will consist of new build, building extensions and school condition works, with potential values ranging from £50,000 up to £20m.
