Acivico are delighted to announce our appointment on the Reallies framework for Lot 4, Principal Designer services. Commencing today and effective for a four year period, the framework is formed by three regional housing consortia: Procure Plus, Efficiency North and CHIC (Central Housing Investment Consortium Ltd). Jointly, the Reallies Partnership is responsible for over 1.5 million properties across the UK and 30 per cent of social housing nationally. The framework covers both new build and planned maintenance works predominantly in relation to social housing properties, but also extends the services to other public buildings, including schools and offices.
