Multi-disciplinary consultancy, Acivico, has appointed Ian Edwards as its first Strategic Property Asset Management Director.
Ian brings extensive experience of leading transformation programmes to replace or maintain property which is informed by a 25-year career in the built environment sector.
He specialises in taking a holistic approach that provides assurance around building safety and compliance, maximises building efficiency and highlights opportunities for investment.
With experience of working with both private and public sector organisations, he has also led on the delivery of ground-breaking initiatives to improve better use of public assets and developed systems and processes to maximise the efficient use of buildings and land assets.
