Acivico Building Consultancy has been awarded the annual renewal of the SGS Customer Service Excellence Award, by the accreditation body UKAS. The audit report states; ‘Following the assessment, Acivico (Building Consultancy) Ltd were found to have a deep understanding of, and commitment to, customer service excellence. The commitment was displayed from senior management levels through to operations and front line staff.’

‘In previous CSE reports I have highlighted the approach of all of the inspectors I have been out with which is both professional and friendly. The way they build up a rapport with both commercial and domestic customers is exceptional. The customers range from homeowners to professional architects, builders and project managers of multi million pound developments. Feedback from clients, builders and home owners, shows that the approach by inspectors has not changed and if anything, the relationships have been enhance since March 2020.’
