Acivico are delighted to announce our appointment on the Construction Related Specialist Consultancy Services framework, procured by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. Secured via competitive procurement, the framework commenced this month for a four year period. Acivico will provide specialist support services to Sandwell Council’s in-house team for clerk of works, both mechanical and electrical and general building and principal designer services.
The framework will consist of contracts across both new build and refurbishment, spanning 300 major sites and include schools, public libraries, sports facilities, community centres, day centres, youth centres, office accommodation, low and high rise residential properties and public open spaces.
