A Chartered RICS Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager who has worked within the construction industry since 1998.

Has extensive experience in client‑facing roles and in managing multi‑disciplinary teams focused on the successful delivery of major construction projects and programmes.

Possesses a high level of commercial and contractual acumen, with a thorough working knowledge of public procurement regulations. Is an NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager and represents the Local Government Association on the JCT Drafting Sub‑Committee.

Experience

Has extensive experience in establishing, procuring and managing public sector frameworks, and was instrumental in setting up all iterations of the multi‑billion‑pound Constructing West Midlands (CWM) framework. Holds overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the framework at operational, developmental and strategic levels, and represents CWM at the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF).
