Lexie Stobie is our Client Account Director at Acivico Group Ltd, working within the Design, Construction and Facilities Management (DCFM) team. She holds a senior leadership role focused on strengthening client relationships, providing strategic oversight across multidisciplinary services, and acting as a trusted advisor to public sector organisations. Lexie works closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure services are aligned with organisational priorities, statutory obligations, and long-term estate strategies, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, governance, and value for money.
Experience
Lexie brings over 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management, having worked with a wide range of organisations across the public sector. She has developed particular expertise in supporting Education institutions, Local Authorities, and Police services, giving her a strong understanding of the operational, compliance, and governance challenges associated with complex public sector estates.

In her role at Acivico, Lexie is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality facilities management services, and leading strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and value for money.
