Tom is an assistant Quantity Surveyor with four years’ experience across all sectors for a range of clients on projects from £500k-10m+. Tom is familiar with major forms of procurement methods and contract forms including traditional/D&B and ECC NEC Suite and JCT.

Tom’s primary role within Acivico is to deliver value for money for our Clients through smart procurement, value engineering and market knowledge. Tom has worked predominantly in the Public Sector, working closely within Cost Management and Design departments within Acivico. Tom provides commercial support across a wide range of projects within the build environment. Tom has good knowledge of public procurement, building projects and has  working in variety of sectors including Education, Leisure, and Transportation.

Tom has had recent success’s on a number of modular classroom  and school extension schemes for SEN Schools working closely with the Client and End User to deliver schemes quickly and efficiently to strict deadlines.

Tom brings an open and transparent approach to commercial management, ensuring that the client remains well informed with up to dated cost forecast on all financial aspects of a project. Tom engages collaboratively and effectively with Contractors to ensure the best value across all areas.
