Lancaster Circus

Acivico identified that one of the compressors at Lancaster Circus was faulty and needed to be replaced.

Lancaster Circus is one of Birmingham City Councils Central Administration buildings accommodating approximately 2,500 staff.

The building is sealed so relies heavily on-air conditioning to keep the internal temperature at a comfortable level.

The air conditioning is delivered through chilled beams with piped chilled water generated from chillers located on the roof.
