Following a report of a dangerous structure we will investigate any building or structure which may present an immediate danger to people in or around the building. In dealing with dangerous structures in an emergency situation the actions we may take include removing/evacuating persons from the vicinity and restricting access to the affected area, and making the situation safe without necessarily effecting repairs, which are the responsibility of the owner. Any works which do have to be carried out will be the minimum necessary to make the situation safe until the building owner can arrange repairs. Whilst every effort will be made to only carry out the minimum works necessary, the cost of any work undertaken will be recovered from the owner.

As such we do not offer a repair or maintenance service, and property owners should consult their insurers and take necessary steps to ensure the safety of their own property.
