Due for completion in 2019, the latest of Acivico residential contracts for the Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust are currently in the process of mobilisation, with a phased site commencement over the coming weeks.
Consisting of eight sites across the city and a combined contract value in excess of £5m, the projects will deliver 34 units, consisting of a mixture of houses and bungalows. Exclusively designed for social housing, the new accommodation will provide the region with much needed support to tackling the housing crisis, by offering additional housing to help transform people’s lives.
Acivico have been responsible for the design to planning stage and are working closely with the selected contractor to hand over the design. Acivico will retain responsibility for employer agent, quantity surveying, principal designer and clerk of works services.
