Acivico are delighted to announce its appointment onto the Clerk of Works services framework for the University of Birmingham. Commencing in September 2018 for an initial four year period, Acivico will be providing Clerk of Works services to both Lot 1 (Building) and Lot 2 (building and civil engineering) to the entire estate, with projects ranging in value between £1m and £50m.
The University of Birmingham is one of the United Kingdom’s foremost research led institutions. Forming one of the 24 prestigious Russell Group of Universities, the University of Birmingham is one of the largest Universities in the UK with around 27,000 undergraduate students, including nearly 5000 international students from 147 countries worldwide and over 6,000 academic and support staff members.
Senior Clerk Anthony Perris explains, “This is an extremely exciting time for the Clerk of Works team at Acivico and I am delighted with the team’s contribution to securing our placement on this framework. Our recent successfully completed projects at Keele University and the RIBA award winning National College of High Speed Rail, ensures we are well placed to offer our expertise to the University of Birmingham.
