Acivico are pleased to announce the successful completion of the new build extension and internal remodelling at Maney Hill Primary School, Sutton Coldfield. Constructed by Balfour Beatty Plc via the CWM framework, the contract has provided and additional 210 primary school places for the school.
The works comprised of a single storey and two storey extensions to existing school, including six classrooms, group rooms, staff room, studio and ancillary spaces, additional parking and playground area.
Acivico have provided architectural design and principal designer, project management and clerk of works.Acivico led the design, supported by structural and engineering consultants for the contract.
